About how many degrees would your typical FMIC reduce intake air temperature? Thanks.

You seem to be asking a lot of turbo questions. Are you trying to lead to something? Also, don't post a lot of topics that are so closely related (i.e. "What is the turbo outlet temp", followed by "FMIC (how much does it reduce)")
That will not get you very far here.
Anyway...
Most Intercooler companies post the specs on their website. Spearco has them, and claim cooled temps in the low 90's.
I dunno about turbo outlet temp, but I would assume 160+.

it also has to be determined with what turbo u are running and the humidity and outside temp.

also how much surface it has and location

Yeah, don't forget boost you're running, amount of wrapping done to the manifold and turbo, and the type of manifold would all affect turbo outlet temp.
