G35 brembos brakes will fit on an S14 right?

Cause I came across these 4 pot AP Racing brakes. Sounds like a pretty good deal. Will 17" wheels clear the rotors or will i have to upgrade to 18's?

17" rims minimum required (for stock Brembos..don't know about aftermarket kits) and yes they will fit. If I'm not mistaken you need to retap the spindles.

Drill the spindle holes to 14mm (9/16").

Here is the thing though. If you are going to spend 1800 dollars on a high end brake setup, why not buy it for the right application. You can get a rotora, grex or stoptech BBK for the 240sx for all around the same price.

If you drill out the spindle, you can never put your stock brakes back on. Say you want to return your car back to stop for some reason, you will have to replace the spindle to go back to stock.

I would feel better drilling out my spindles if I spent 500-600 dollars on a stock 350z brembo setup. Its better than spending 1800 dollars.

We run the Brembo F50 kit on our race car and never had to drill out any spindles. The kit was off of a Grand Am Cup Camaro so I just bought the bracket for a Q45 and everything bolted in. Also installed a proportioning valve to get things working where we wanted. We also run 17" rims, which is VERY close. Bent the rim one time and it immediately started grinding the caliper.

Off of a camaro not q45 just used the brembo bracket for q45 so no need to drill. Just another option presented.

when it comes to brakes, i dont think many people ever care to revert.. especially on these old pile of shit cars we own

problem with OE brakes is that they are fucking heavy. the better quality BBK's are pounds lighter and better build quality. i sold my golden brembos for that exact reason, they're pretty on the car.. but too damn heavy.

The bolt threads into the caliper. If you do indeed somehow get a wild hair in the ass to put the tiny little OE calipers back on, just cut a 12mm sleeve and slide it right in. Done. No need to replace anything.

I'd put more concern into things that you actually can't change, like World hunger. A spindle needing a bushing isn't a problem.
