I have a '96 240sx 4lug w/ abs. I see many adds for slotted/drilled rotors, but have a hard time finding them specifically for my type of 240. Some say "for 95-96 4lug w/o abs, etc." and some say "will fit any 4lug 240sx". What is the difference between rotors of a non-abs 249sx and an abs 240sx?

I am almost positive that it means SE. Only SE models had an ABS option, and as an SE, it would have 5-lugs. Base models have 4 lugs. I am not positive... but pretty sure that it just means 5-lug.

Yup - abs was an option on 96 base models. Weird!
At any rate, one way to be sure is to look in the owner's manual or to look on the rotor (it should be stamped).
