rucas. get toe link also and bring it to the alighment shop and call it a day.

Is the car stock? What do you have modded. If you have excessive negative rear camber and your car is stock, you may have further problems.
If it is lowered, then look for RUCAS, they are available through many of the advertisers on this site. Check out the groupbuys and advert. specails.
From what I remember, factory alignment specs are a bit of negative camber. 0 camber is not always good. Just align it to factory specs unless you have other major mods and race the car..

Factory specs call for about 1 degree of neg camber in the rear so for sure you don't want zero. What you do want all depends on what you plan to do with the car. If you just wanna daily it then go with the factory specs, if it doesn't have enough adjustment then get camber and toe arms. If you wanna track it, but your not that serious then I would go with somewhere around 2degrees in the front and somewhere around 1-1.2 degrees in the rear. If you are serious about track then go more by about 1 degree all around.

WOW that's a RIDICULOUS amount of camber for the rear! I'm only running about 3 degrees in the FRONT and my car is a pretty serious track car. You must go through tires about once a month man!

I have TEIN coilovers and you can tell it has alot of -camber because it wears out the tires from the inside......mmmmm and even more now since i lowered it more. So do i get the control arm, and toe,?how about the traction rod?

accelerated wear problem = toe
traction rod is optional
you really only need the RUCA and rear toe arm.
these are adjustable stock, btw. if you're not too low, you can just take it to the alignment shop and they can dial it out with the stock eccentric bolts.
