This guy has an S14 with S14 SR, and has SR ECU on driver side(left), and KA ECU on passenger's side and both are hooked up. Is it supposed to be like this, or maybe it just looked like the KA ECU is hooked up but really wasn't? The harness was still in contact with the KA ECU.

I'm going to assume that the person who did the swap was too lazy to take the ka ecu and wiring harness out and just ran the sr wiring harness ghetto fabulously and pluged it up to the sr ecu.

Misinformation above. It is SR ECU on passenger's side, not KA. Sorry for the confusion.

So I got the pic of the smaller ECU looking thing(says SC) with even a smaller box attached closely on the driver's side. What is this? A relay?

If that's the case, is there a meaning to having it hooked up? You could take it out? It is a stick shift.

ding ding, correct. You can remove that and all the other auto crap. It just takes up room anyways.
