Okay, depending on what seat it is, look for an FIA sticker. Also look for an authenticity sticker. I can't describe the authenticity sticker but the FIA one will have a date cut out of it.
Also, look for a little tab on the edge of the seat cover with the little holding monster on it. The number one rule is, if its looks like its fake, it probably is.

You can't tell if they're real from looking at the front, you've gotta look at the side reclining adjustments.

Brides are nicely made seats, if it looks or feels cheap, it probably is fake.

Bride's aren't FIA certified so there won't be an FIA sticker on there...
well you look on the side anyways. u shouldnt see bolt holes on the side.
and they shouldnt have zipties on the bottom.
no fake bride brix II

I am selling some new sparco seats, I'm not sure if it would help you to see pictures of something like this of those seats.... But these are Sparcos, maybe Brides don't have this. Hope this helps!

all Bride reclinable are not FIA certified.
dealer cost on real bride reclinable are over $700 so anyone selling it for less is fake.
simple if it's too good to be true, it's fake.
no one will sell bride cheap because bride discount for dealer suck just ask logan

if its too good to be true, it usually is
but then again
ive seen people on this forum (as well as shops) try to sell fake bride seats for REAL bride prices
thats why typically u need to buy from an authorized bride dealer
http://www.tees-usa.com/dealers.html
but as always, buyer beware, since just because a dealer is authorized, you should always make sure you are purchasing real bride
that picture is way too hard to tell if its real (bucket seats are easier to tell)
typically if you pull out the cushions from the seat and inspect the foam, you can tell if its real or not
the fakes ive seen have the worst looking foam, all uneven and looks like it was put together by edward scissorhands

The material used on the real Bride Seats are totally different from the Real ones, The Fake seats w/ cloth have a tendency to LINT up... but you would need to see and the feel the seats in person though... not sure if that helped

That picture is so bad that it's hard to tell if it's fake or not.
Last fake bride I sat in had a slightly different material and was narrower than the real thing.
Sometimes you can tell it's real by looking at the recliner parts as well as looking for a bride tag. Though I have seen both imitated before.
As said prior, if it's too good to be true then changes are it is.
Bride's aren't FIA certified so there won't be an FIA sticker on there...
Fail.
Some are. Not all are.
Though too many people get caught up in the FIA thing. How often do you hit up events where your seat needs to be FIA? Even more so, most of the ones that are sold second hand are expired. Like the one posted in the picture above.
Taniguchi_Is_#1: The logo is crooked because the whole pic is crooked. The camera wasn't straight...

if u want a bride seat...go thru one of the dealers on tees website...PERIOD...dont bother with ebay sales and what not
if you want a cheaper bride seat...find one of the older Brix 1s or Ergo 1s that are commonly imported by companies like Takumi Project or Panda Garage...older Bride seats (for the most part) were only manufactured in a purplish blue and always came with the bride gradient material down the ceter (you can find black versions of the older seats....but theyre very rare)
but it u want a Brix 2 or Ergo 2...buy it thru one of tees dealers directly to make sure you get a 100% authentic product

fyi, im pretty sure that the purplish blue color on the older brides used to be black before it faded to purplish blue.

also, this is how you tell a replica from the real deal:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v259/domeniccucunato/my%20240sx/P1010042.jpg
look at the panel next to the recliner adjustment knob. see the protruding fasteners? authentic Brides do not have these, just a flat panel.
compare the above seat (replica) with the below (authentic)
