Alright, I am not sure where to go from here. My mother has a 95 Toyota Avalon, big car (http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=167421#), great gas mileage, yada yada yada. Anyways, the front brakes are locking up on the car. After approx 15-40 minutes of driving, the front brakes begin to lock up, not enough to make the car slide, but to bring you to a stop very quickly. So in the last week, the front calipers, pads, rotors, and wheel bearings have been replaced by me. Even after replacing the front end, it is still doing it. Before I dump some money at a shop to have them plug it into a computer, do you guys think I might have missed something? BTW the car has no ABS. Once again the car is a 95 Toyota Avalon...Thanx for any input you may have.

PS: No offense Thatguy, just needed to get that off of my chest, Ciao!

so they lock after stepping on the brakes or do they randomly just lock up after a few mins?

they do randomly, does not make sense. Pedal pressure is firm, brakes are good (brand new). No air in the lines, not much else to say. There are no controllers or sensors since there is no ABS, so that can be eliminated. I cant figure it out. Car works well, then the brakes just crap out.

you sure its the front brakes, also you 100% sure you dont have abs it will be in the passengers side front behind the headlight. How do you get them to unlock?

Take 2 weeks off to "get it off your chest".

Acting like a child is no way to get your questions answered, Zilvians.
