Parts off my car for sale - 1996 240sx

I would like to start over and get some new parts for my car, or maybe (not very likely thought <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('> )would like to get a newer 240sx.

I have the following parts for sale off my car (they are still on, but can be removed immediately, i have all spare/ stock stuff laying around to put back on)

Greddy DD exhaust (includes silencers)
the exhaust is damage, the rear pipe is dented, but it doesnt not effect anything on a N/A car.
The exhaust is rather loud, a bit quieter than the N-1 dual when the silencers are in
it is EXTREMELY LOUD (but sounds VERY nice) when the silencers are off

AEM intake for 1995-1996 240sx. asking $120

Tanabe Super H springs, used for about 6 months. these springs are a bit lower than pro-kits, but are much stiffer.
3kg/mm front 4kg/mm rear, linear spring rate. setup for oversteer.

1995-1996 bumper reinforcement (a.k.a metal bumper support) with foam $70

D3 automotive core support to strut tower brace (u need a smaller battery in order to work). $30.

I also have some misc. stuff for sale, not from my car make offer:

1991 KA24DE alternator, this was taken off an engine 240 meowth had, so he gets 1/2 make an offer.

1991 KA24DE starter - again, meowths.

also an 1991 KA24DE oil pan, (if it fits s14 ka, I'm keeping it)

Extra stock exhaust but has dented tips, make offer (pick up only)

just out of curiousity how much do you guys think my car is worth as is with everything on it? the car has 101k miles, and its a 1996 SE with a 1997-1998 conversion.

But then again it means neither does the N-1 Dual or the N-1
or any 3" exhaust out there. so basically it works, but its loud and only has mid-high end gains (just Greddy's version of the Dual N-1)

N-1 is a maybe for NA.... GT Spec, N-1 Dual, DD, and other such exhaust systems which are really MORE than 3" belong on cars that at least have a turbo coming sometime in the future. &nbsp;for NA it would most likely just hurt performance wise.

that said... i'm wondering how worth it it is to fix that damage.....

my offer stands tentative i guess.

please dont' sell ur car grant it's too nice.. persoanlyl i think it's worht atleast 14K... don't get mad if it's too low. it's got more value to a 240 enthusisaist. anyways.. just start over if u want.. don't sell it though. u'll regret it.. that's a great car.

That shiney part got me confused... looks like a muffler, so i wonna make sure it's not the exhaust u had on b4... If it's the older exhaust, how big are the muffler tips? Thanx.

If i started over I'd probably getting another s14 and swapping some of the stuff over. (97-98) but most likely not getting another car...
