18x9.5 with a +30offset what do you think?

hey wats up everybody i was looking at some rims and they are 18x9.5 and they have a +30 offset, im not very familiar with offsets and shit like that so let me know will these fit a s13 coupe and do i have to roll fenders or should they fit and i will be running coilovers but not sure which ones yet. thanks

posting the sizes and numbers wont get you anything, there woudl be too many matches and wouldn't make sense.
