Need Help With Drive Shaft

I have a problem i hope someone can help me with. I have an S13 and im putting an S13 SR20DET in. My friend said that the stock drive shaft won't fit. It was a stick to begin with so i don't know if what he's saying is true. I can understand if it was automatic but it wasn't. Can anyone tell me if i have to get another drive shaft? If i do, what do i have to look for, and where can i find it? If u have a site i can find it please give me the link thanks every1
