I can't guarantee anything, but sfpd usually has better things to do than bust people for no front plate or a silvia front. They MAY use that as an excuse to pull you over to look for guns or something (aka REAL crimes).

But if you do something stupid, then expect a full felony stop with two hands at once cavity search.

If you're worried about getting pulled, just drive legally.
