Emissions Test in Oregon??

So I'm gonna move up to Oregon at the end of the summer for school, and i was wonder what the Emissions tests were like up there. I did some snooping around on Google. I didn't find very much on their website. I live out here in Hawaii, and out here there is no such thing as Emissions testing. I just wanted to know if it's hard to get passed up there or not? A lot of people down here just run around with a straight pipe and no cat. My s14 has a cat but i might wanna change my exhaust when i get up there, because i was planning on doing a sr20 swap. Try that. If you don't have any luck, try a site like northwestnissans.com or nissanpacific.com. Both those websites are more orientated to the northwest.
