What kind of fpr do you have?
the side port goes to the fuel rail, bottom back to the tank not to a vacuum source.
the little fittings at the top is for a pressure source off the intake manifold.
This is based on the assumption that you have something like an aeromotive fpr.

This is absolutely correct. The fuel line next to the FPR is the fuel return line. The fuel line under the fuel rail goes to the fuel filter.

The vacuum line goes to the small nipple on top of the TB.
