what type of tranny fluid

hey, i am doing to rebuild one of my manual trannies this weekend. just wanted to know what  oil do most ppl use?

B&M trick shift..."POUR ON PERFORMANCE!"
I think it works really good. Shifts feel better.

I've run redline mt-90 and mobil 1, both synthetic 75w90 oils, and I couldn't tell a difference between the two. I'd trust either one in my tranny. I'm currently running mobile 1 because its more readily available.
