Are any of you guys running a vacuum manifold on your turbo setups?
I already know how to run the vacuum lines from the stock points on the TB and off the chargepiping for the WG. alot of my friends with turbo hondas run a vacuum manifold t'ed off of the brake booster and its helped clean up ALOT of clutter.
Ive done a couple of searches, but came back with pretty much nothing.
Would running one of these hurt anything? thanks zilvia!

I think you're talking about a vacuum distribution block?

Think he means vacuum block. JGS sells those. Works fine, won't hurt anything as long as you install it correctly and clamp it down right.

Some ppl prefer them, most don't need them/care for them since there are plenty of vacuum points to run off the manifold since a lot become unused from cleaning up aiv/egr/carbon canister/etc.

jgs is cool i like the fast turbo one cuz it has a mounting tab

What do they tee off of the brake booster to, turbo stuff?

I personally would not compromise the signal for turbo stuff by teeing it off. You need as accurate a signal as possibe. If you tee off too much you'll start seeing pressure change.

yeah for a wastegate...i'd run it off the I/C piping if possible.

Some "tuners" use the intake manifold for best accuracy.

Sorry if this question gets us off topic... but what is the verdict on where it is best for one to run the wastegate??? Intake or Intercooler piping?

... isn't that all relative?

i.e. say your wastegate is set to open @ 7psi...

Do you want it to open when 7psi is reached at the intake manifold or when 7psi is reached on the intercooler piping (whether it be teed off @ the compressor housing, hot pipe, or cold pipe)?

Once you answer that question, you answered your own question.

if you don't have a bc run it off a nipple from the compressor

I have mine from the intake manifold. Think about it, you will get slight pressure drop from the intercooler so when the intake manifold sees 7psi the turbo may be doing something like 7.7psi depending on how much pressure drop you have from the intercooler.
