i got a 95' ka24de with 130K miles, with auto tranny still on it, swaped it out for my RB25 =D if u want it ill give it to ya for 400. clean. runs perfect. just need wiring harness. i got the ecu, and other stuff for it. pm me if u want it

i have a 5 speed tranny from a '89 sohc fastback, about 160,000 miles on it. will give it to you for $80, $100 with a used clutch and flywheel in decent condition. Also have a ka24e with 160,000 miles on it. I believe it has a blown head gasket on it, the head is just about off so half of the work is done already hahah. I will let it go for $100, I'll throw in a radiator if you need.
