my 97 honda civic cx for a 1992 nissan 240sx that came with an sr20 swap.... it hasnt been running for almost 3 weeks due to the fact that it had a loud knocking like sound....

yeah i think so too...but my mechanic took the valve cover off and notcied that 3 lobes on the intake cam had slight dents on them. so i went ahead and bought some bc stage 1 cams, and bc srping/retainers..

well theres no metal shavings we already checked but to be on the safe side...were still gonna through everything.

since when can you see the rods by taking the head off... might be pistons in the way....

loud knock? ungh.... oh well. after working on my sisters civic, i'd take the loud knock anytime. but thats me.
