i just got the car running (first 240 with lsd)
when i move out of 1st gear the rear end clunks alittle, feels like running over little rocks...
is this normal?
friend told me there was a bushing or something that cuases that (he read it on here)

I have that in my 300zx, even with the solid subframe bushings and solid tranny bushings in. Im just guessing that because its a vlsd, the oil is cold or something...causing the vlsd to slip all wierd in the beginning
i may be pulling it out of my ass, but thats what i think LOL

I get a clunk when I'm at low rpm's if i give it a quick shot of gas and let off, feels like its rocking back and forth clunking.
Think my diff is just typical 150k diff. Old and worn.
*edit: oh and i have solid subframe bushings. so its not that. I jacked up the car and the play is IN the diff.
