F/S Ka24de motor,trany,ecu, S14 no wiring

about 145,000 miles, timing chain slap easy fix, new waterpump, year old clutch, i owned it from 99,000 miles it seemed to be taken care of before me, doesn burn anything or leak, trany does make some bearing noise but started to be quiet after i did a few gear oil changes, shifts fine, will not ship or split up asking $300 for it all located in 26003
