there is a rubber stopper on the top of your brake pedal assembly, that must have busted. you need to replace it. its simple and easy to fix

all your brake lights? or just one? if its all, sounds like your brake light switch, or your wiring, has a short to power somewhere. unplug your brake light switch (its attached to the brake pedal iirc) and check with a voltmeter to see if you still have power on both sides of the circuit. one side should be pwr and one side should be ground.

it comes on once in a while when i make turns
and i cant find that damm brake pedal assembly
i took the rubber off and put on the carbon fiber ones long time ago

Wow, Im 99.9% sure now that he is talking about the parking brake light on the dash, not tail lights.
take off your parking brake boot and ash tray, there is a little switch under there with a single wire coming out of it. you need to play with it so that it only is depressed when the handle is down.

I doubt that the dash light staying on would cause concern about his battery dying. I'm 99.91% sure he's talking about a very common prob. w/the s13.

Are you kidding? He's not talking about the rubber cover on the pedal. Just search and you'll find your answer. That's what I did when I had this prob. and I was able to fix it.
edit:tried to find a link for you but the search is coming up blank again. try google, like I said this is a very common prob. BTW, if you are talking about only your dash light then you should clarify that.

E-brake light on the dash coming on when turning means that brake fluid is low.
Rear brake lights staying on probably means the brake light switch at the top of the pedal assembly is stuck. The brake light switch gets constant 12V so it doesn't matter if the key is in the ignition or not.
