It's total scam. When dealing with a seller and he/she doesn't want to give you their real info and communicates with you online only, I say it's a scam.
Other thing is they would not talk over the phone, but of course some will do.

Be extra cautious when dealing with sellers across the sea and especially when you are going to pay a bundle of money.
