WTB: S14 T28, or GTi-R T28 - Virginia Beach, VA

Looking for a T28 to replace my stock T25. I'd prefer a GTiR turbo, but an S14 T28 would be fine as well. An S15 Spec R turbo would be even better, but I doubt I could afford that since I'm trying to stay in the ~$300 range. Located in the Hampton Roads area of VA; I'd like to find one locally, but since I'm not in Cali, that probably ain't gonna happen :(

Snagged a good deal on a GTiR T28 :aw: :hsdance: so I don't need one anymore. Although, if anyone has a blown S14 T28 for super cheap, or just a compressor housing, let me know.
