rear brake: stock

hey hary, you could've asked this question in the german SX-board ;)

if i were you, i would go with a Z32 BMC, since you said your front calipers are compact in size i think the Z32 one will be just fine ;)

maybe you should use an adjusting valve for the rear brakes, just in case if braking force on the rear is too much, since the Z32 BMC is designed for 2-pot calipers for the rear brakes.

Sounds plausible, but I thoght somebody here should have experience with the SL4 brake system.

Is there any difference between Z32 NA and Z32 TT BMC?

^-- i doubt it as they both had 4 pot brakes up front and 2 pot in the rear.

But the discs on front are thicker @Z32 TT

disc size doesnt really matter, whats more important is the pot size and overall caliper size.

oh yeah, what i just remembered, the EUDM S14 came with 4-pot up front and 1-piston calipers in the rear, so the S14 BMC may be better for your setup. i don't know if the size is much different from Z32 BMCs but brake bias should be better if you plan on running stock calipers on the rear.

Not even close. 7/8" and 1" aren't the same size.
