Yellow headlights?
Isn't that what people used to hate having?
Man, bandwagons are fucked up.

i have the same ones but not yellow...not my style
I currently have Hella e-code H4 conversion housings & had Hella +50 bulbs in there until one burned out.
Lighting is wide and even, with the two telltale ECE flares. They aren't DOT legal, like that's going to stop you. I absolutely love love love this lighting compared to the stockers.
You can get a pair of them, including bulbs for about $100. Good deal for genuine shit. If you're looking for something cheaper, go for these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/200mm-H6054-H4-EURO-STYLE-HEADLIGHTS-Like-HELLA-CIBIE_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33710QQihZ013QQit emZ230154573262QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWD1V
$40 shipped, that includes bulbs. Features a metal reflector & glass lens.
They're much better than the cheap plastic conversion housings with the built in city lights.
A word about H4 bulbs, Philips is producing a 60/55w +80% bulb called X-Treme power, and Osram has responded with a claimed +90% bulb, called Night Breaker. They run more than $40 a pair, so if you're not that hardcore, a regular pair of 60/55w H4's should suit you.
Mike, this wouldn't happen to be Cibie replicas, would they?

I personally love hids when done right. I got these and went with a name brand HID conversion kit. If your on a budget get these and some H4 hid sim bulbs please not that blue rice crap, just some nice bright white bulbs)

Yellow headlights are gay, not to mention illegal.
Cibie is the way to go.
Only thing better are the drop in hid housings.

To quote the great Daniel Stern "there's no such thing as a free lunch"
These super duper high output bulbs do emit more light, but, they also suffer a shorter lifespan. We may end up stocking these bulbs, but only after careful testing. For those that do not know my philosophy, I do not promote or sell a product unless its good enough for me to run on my own personal vehicles. Therefor, it must be tested AND proven, not sold based on hype.
Mike, this wouldn't happen to be Cibie replicas, would they?
I dont know, but I am not going to spend the time to research and care either. Why? Because authentic Cibie lights already exist, why bother with brand-x stuff.
I am not trying to say that the product you listed is not good, I am just saying that I am obviously very content with what we sell. I personally believe that the Cibie lamps are better than the Hella e-code lamps. And when it comes down to chump-change like 30-40 dollars, why cut corners? Spend the extra and buy the best. IMO, you'll get better performance from quality headlamp housing with STANDARD bulb, than you would with buying a cheap housing with a super duper quality bulb.
Quality housing is where its at.
