Which bulbs are used for the lowbeam headlights and the foglights? I went and got bulbs and they gave me H4s but when i went home to change them they were the wrong size so i just wanna know what size to get next time i go. I just want white bulbs... i dont want the bluish ones so which ones do you recommend getting? What size are the foglights too?

I'm not exactly sure what size you need. But you can look in your owners manuel..it'll tell you the size and correct wattage.

all s14's, both A & B have h1 for the low beams and 9005 for the highs. i went to put in a set of plasma/xenon/i dont remember in bulbs for a friend of mine and found out the hard way. i dont know why everyone says 95-99 240's take h4's. piaa doesnt even make h1 but they to make 9005 i believe. my friend settled on the hella bulbs and i think phillips makes them too. hope this helps.

Here's the breakdown:
1995-1996 240SX
Low Beam / High Beam: H4 (HB2)
High Beam (inside bulb): 9005
1997-1998 240SX
Low Beam: H1 (Looks like an H3 bulb without the wire)
High Beam: 9005
Fog lights for all 1995-1998: H3
The Owner's manual is correct for the '97-'98 as it says H1. It is all of the Sylvania / GE lights catalogs and those electronic catalogs at parts stores that are wrong. They all say H4 for '97-'98, but that is incorrect.
And Actually JDM and Espec lights use H4 low/high beam and H3 high beam bulbs for all '95-'98's I'm pretty sure...
My owner's manual for my '97 SE says HB2 bulbs, but it actually takes H1 bulbs.
