So I spent the last couple nights doing some searching and even PM'ing a few people across different forums and I haven't found the topic made yet. Here it goes:
SO the timer is wired up according to that 240sx.org write up and everything is set correctly. The only problem is that when the key is turned off and the turbo timer steps in to do its job all it keeps on is radio. So if you were to turn your key to the "on" position and have radio come on, and fuel pump prime, thats where the timer keeps it. It just doesn't keep the motor running. Now I let it go through its cycle and after 30 secs it turns off just like it should. Any help? I have a 95 S14 with a CA18DET. Doubt motor makes a diff but just puttin it out there. Also base model.
Cliff Notes: 1995 Base S14/CA18DET. Turbo timer doesn't keep motor on just accessories..
