Copied and paste from my earlier post:

I would like to add that if anybody is contemplating this swap for an S13, this is what you need:

1) AIT BMagic S13.4 front conversion fenders. This is the simplest kit as you do not need any other hardware. All brackets are included.

2) Kouki S14 headlights, grille (optional, but helps to line up the headlights), corner lights, hood, and front bumper/foam/support.

3) Pigtails for the headlights and an extra set of pigtails for the corner lights, assuming you run an OEM bumper. Stock S13 has front side markers and bumper turn signals. All these will plug into the kouki bumper. The extra pair of pigtails will be needed for the corner lights as the S13 doesn't have corner lights. Reference George's pix above for USDM and JDM bumpers.

4) S14 hood hinges, or modify the stock ones.

Installation will take a little bit of jigglesaw puzzling to fit the brackets together, but it should be doable if you take your time. Wiring is plug and play with the exception for the headlights and corner lights.

For the headlights, just clip your waterproof connector and connect hi, low, and ground to the S14 harness. For corner light, just splice into the parking light circuitry to tap in parking light power. For ground you can connect it straight to the chassis.

Optional: You can remove all the retractor headlight circuitry if you like. Typically any wire coming into the motor harness can be traced back and removed. You can remove relays 1, 2, and 4 if you like, but one of them will need to be spliced together. I don't remember but I will dig up my archive for exact pix.

The retractor switch may be retained to use as a turn on switch for something else. If this is what you want, keep the brown wire going to the motor harness. Any time you toggle the retractor switch on/off, this brown wire will see 12v+.

George aka SimpleS14 also has a zenki to kouki writeup that is useful as well.

Also note that you'll need to trim the S13 bumper support slightly to fit the S14 bumper. I didn't have an S14 bumper support so I am not running a bumper support right now.
