If you have a clean title, I STRONGLY suggest you marching your happy ass down to Durham, Orange, Wake or whatever county you're in and filing a police report RIGHT NOW.
If you have a clean title and they have taken anything that you own from your place of residence, then you definitely need to do that. The next place you should go is to your lawyer.

No mech lien... I had it at my buddy's place.

I just got back from RBC Centura and they are going to be calling me today with the location... If they don't, t'm morning I'll be at the Wake County PD filing a report and visiting my lawyer.
