I'll be down in Texas at The Texas Motorspeedway...What about the GTS class...that's what I was the first time I did the SCCA autocross. Will that be my class or STS now with the mods?

I think you mean GS...as in G Stock. I don't think there is such thing as GTS. Then again, I thought stock 240's were in E Stock...maybe it got moved up. If it is GS, your exhaust won't bump you up to STS, but the intake and stb will.

That's the class I'm usually in with a different car club...similiar to scca, just different name, and I guess different classifications. Thinks for the information, and I'll be sure to post on Sunday how I did.

he he - good to see someone else who still things the 240 is in GS The few times I've autoxed this year, I've penciled in GS... and been corrected.
But yeah - a stock 240 goes to GS. If you have about anything beyond a cat-back you go to STS. All of this for SCCA classes - I don't know much about the points NASA-cross and MWCSSC uses.

Muchas Gracias Amigos...I'm trying to pick up some magnetic S for this weekend...only letter I need. I don't really feel like paying the guy at the track $15 for one letter (already paid him in the area of 60). Does anyone know where I can go to get another magnetic letter? Or am I gonna get ripped off again... .

Any sign shop. My local is FastSigns. A word of caution though - if you are investing in numbers, make sure you get to keep it! Around here, you have to be a member of the local counsel AND have completed X number of autoxes the prior season to keep a number. Personally, I use shoe polish for autox and either racer's tape or pimpy vinyl for track days.
