Looking for a movie title

Does anyone know the name of the movie where at the beginning the director or whoever has the camera attached to the front of his Ferrari (I believe it was a Ferrari) and drove through the streets of London (I think it was London)?

Cool, thanks for the info. I was pretty far off on the car and the location. I just wanted to see the film again, haven't seen it in ages.
