lol, I concur with that man, i matched the paint yesterday and found a color thats really close, and accurate with the one he used. Im slowly repainting all my rims again, and im going to add clear coat to them now.

Yes, "Old School Rods" came with painted steel wheels. They also came with chrome trim to go around the outside edge of the wheel, and a chrome cover that fit over the center part of the wheel. Like this:
