  ok check this out..

i bought 30mm spacers from oczilvia last may.

i picked spacers up from his work (focus auto sales)

i got new set of wheels early june and i went to local

mechanic shop and i had them install the spacers.

they told me spacers "dont fit" for the wheels.

what happen was spacer was 5x114.3 to 5x100 conversion spacers

which really rare.

oczilvia told me he took them off from his R34 and never told me about

wheel has to me 5x100 bolt pattern.

so i called his work since i didnt know his cell # his work was only #

i knew.

he never at work when i called left a message everytime i called

never called back.

today finally i talked to him and he denys to pay me back.

never used spacers and it is not like any other parts that gets lower value

after use.

he misdiscribe his product he sold and never mentioned about

conversion bolt pattern.

i will try to talked to him again however

if he still denys to give my money back

i am willing to take this matter to small claim .

i paid him with my personal check and noted about 4 spacers.

hope he takes care of this before it gets more difficult.

small claims for 75 bucks? live and learn.

lack in description doesnt necessarily mean he's at fault. especially since you inspected the item yourself. no less, what was it, 5 months ago?

he sold you spacers. its your job to inspect the item and make sure you're getting what you're paying for. true, you may not have known, but like i said before, live and learn; be more observant next time.

on a side note, yea he may be pulling ur leg and making up bs / maybe not. can you prove this is the case?

75 bucks is a cheap lesson compared to say a couple grand on a scammed set of wheels. the glass is half full. you have it easy.
