Correct me if I'm wrong but don't SR20 Swaps normally include a new tranny(a 5spd/6spd one?)? I found a really nice 240 and its an auto and I plan to do the engine swap shortly after I get it. And my question is do you have to have a manual car to do the swap in?

You don't have to have a manual car to do the swap, everything (well most of it) needed for the swap will be included in a front clip.
I want to do the swap for my auto, but I'm one broke college student <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/huh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
misnomer

If you have a full front clip, I don't anticipate you'll need much new. If you just get the engine and tranny, you will need the clutch petal, clutch master cylinder and appropriate hydralics.

slice the stock brake pedal in half, and yea...the front clip from japan should have all the stuff you need, just about.
