FS VA 1990 240SX Hatch with SR20 Swap with many goodies

Hello all. I hate to sell my 240, but the time has come. I have had her since last Decemeber. After purchasing her from the original owner, thats right im the 2nd owner, I had an SR20DET swap done. I figured while the shop was doing it, they should throw on a few other goodies to help aid the 240 to get down the road a little faster. The only reason I am selling is becaues I recently moved from NC to Va. My Fiance doesnt like me having so many toys, so I have to get rid of all but 1. Dont worry all, I will get another Nissan down the road after we buy a house and get out of an apartment. I can picture a 350z or G35 for my future :) Below I am listing all the modifications. The car has less than 140k on it, and the engine has less than 50k on it. All the mods have about 3-4k on them, except the wheels/tires which have less tham 800miles. This car lacks suspension and that is it. The stock suspension is fine, and the ride is wonderful, but to make it a true street/track terror it needs suspension. I forgot to mention, if the buyer wants to have the car painted(not saying it needs it but the paint is all original) than I can have the entire car re-sprayed(no jams) so keep it either a black or darker shade of blue for $700. The paint job is from a buddy of mine who paints for a shop in town, so its really a $2000 paint job for the price of the paint and clear. On top of all this, if the buyer wants MORE POWER than I also have a GT35R for sale for $1499(have reciept for $1789). Turbo is brand new and good up to 600whp on pump. I have seen 240's with these break 450whp on stock internals and run low 11s to mid 10s spinning all the way 1st-3rd.
