I have been driving with my motor/tranny for about 9 months now. In the past few days a new clunking sound has started. It seems to be coming from the motor itself, not an accessory. I'm going home tonight to remove all of the belts and rule out the accessories. The clunk doesn't go away when pressing the clutch. It is only there al LOW RPM's, like at idle, or the low 500 RPM dip as the motor decelerates after a throttle blip. When it's making the sound, it is a very random, deep clumk, not perfectly rythmic. Any thoughts, experience?

Well i had that happen to me on my KA and what i did was just change the type of gas i was using, now i use high octane which is like premium or some shit, after i changed the type of gas, the clicking stopped. Try that and post and say if it stopped..

Edit: Look post number 240 hehe..I own a 240..

hmm... does not sound good.  How's your oil pressure?  Any ability to locate it?  Does it happen only while moving or moving and stationary?
