s14sr Tomei Procam 12mm lift

Im selling my cams which are in mint condition (almost new) just used for dyno tuning. Im going with the Tomei Procam 12.5mm lift which is 270/270. These are procams 260/260 12 mm lift. Im taking offers. These are basically new and still have the box.

1. do these retain s14 vtc??
2. can you use these with stock retainers/springs or are these too aggressive?

they do retain the vtc but it is HIGHLY advised to do springs,etc. as per tomei
