For the past 6 years, Golden Corral has been honoring the US Military with a free "thank you" dinner and beverage at any Golden Corral restaurant on

Military Appreciation Monday (first Monday after Veteran's Day). This year, Golden Corral has designated Monday, November 12, 2007, from 5 to 9 pm, to

honor any person who has ever served in the United States Military.

From the first Military Appreciation Monday in 2001 to the present, Golden Corral has donated 1.5 million free "thank you" meals and $1.9 million

dollars to the Disabled American Veterans.

Golden Corral includes 478 restaurants in 41 states.

El Centro and SF or Sactown I forget. GC is a win in my book, considering their arent to many buffets in Socal that I have seen.

^ veterans day is on sunday so I think most people will get the day off.
There are 2 restaurants. The other one is Mccormicks. It is a seafood type place. I called when I was still in and they said I had to be a veteran. This time I'm going and no one is going to stop me.

ANybody wanna send me some seafood? ill send you a copy of my ID card!!! I get monday off so its a 4 day week for me cuz I got a comp day tomorrow, well partial, I only have to come in for a couple of hours. Work 4 days, then 3 days the week after for Thanksgiving. After thanksgiving, I kill 2 weeks and im going on leave to the Philippines for 4 weeks!!! Life ish good...
