Need some help?
I started my car the other day warmed up and drove on to the freeway
at 1/2 to full throttle at 8-10psi the car started popping and jerking I thought I had a boost leak so I checked my piping and couldn’t find a leak
I also checked my maf
any ideas would be great thanks

Did you let off the throttle from full and it started popping? Sounds like you're running rich..

It just started doing this out of no where and only runs rich when it hits full boost I looked at the piping and did the maf test but no luck my safc2 settings worked in the past so I have no clue
I’m going to look at my plugs this week maybe there fouled what do you think

is the safc all youre using for the maf?
change of temps (lower-winter) might cause a lean condition

do you have the problem at full throttle also?
have you checked your sparkplugs?
maybe try regapping them a little bit smaller (like .03 or so)
maybe they need to be replaced...

I'm guessing that MAF has something to do with it.. or a vacuum leak somewhere...

I checked the maf by removing the plug and it started to run ruff so I don’t think it’s the maf but it might be a vacuum leak i will check it out this weekend:(
oh the idle is fine so i dont think it could be the plugs

If it was the plugs it would hesitate not run rich.. Like I said it's prolly a vacuum leak.. Was it running fine recently or has this been an ongoing thing?

Check to see if your BOV is sealing all the way after it releases.

I think if it is a vacuum leak that it would not idle right either. It would be ruff. Also it might be your intercooler its self that is leaking. Have you hit any thing lately?

the safc was tuned for the maf and it just recently started happening out of no where

disconnect the maf wires at the safc orange and white... connect the two together ( wired back to stock-temp) ..and then disconnect the maf plug at the maf... it should idle fine but not rev past 3k ,then report back...
remember the safc is a piggy back...
clean youre maf unscrew the two screws and use maf cleaner from pep boys theyre the only place i have found to sell them, dont use carb/brake cleaner... good luck

checked the piping and no leaks ,pulled my plugs and their slightly white so i know i'm running a tad hot ,i cleaned my maf ,
so now i turned my boost down to about stock and it doesnt pop as much but i want my boost back so i might buy a wideband whats the best bang for the buck and includes data logging
