tial 38/40mm wg anodized blue

anodized blue new in box. still has the red tape from tial on it. 200bux shipped need it gone.
it is a 2 bolt flange 38base with a 40mm top/diafram.

sorry sir cant so 150. i am taking a loss at 200. i could do right at 200 shipped like 190 but id rather be firm at 200. shipped.
