hey guys, hope you can help me out here. when i'm in iether first through fifth my engine seems like it has an odd "rev limiter". it will be sluggish to 4500 rpm and than it's like pulling teeth going any farther. than while driving i would put it into neutral and turn it off. than i would start it up again and it would drive beautifuly. i'm confused. i've tried an ecu diagnostic and it had shown a "33" which is "heated oxygen sensor" than a "55" which is "no malfunction". can anyone tell me what is wrong with my engine? help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advaced,

The flux capacitor is negatively charged, reverse the polls.

Since the code indicates a heated oxy sensor, I'm guessing you may be running rich? Possibly the oxy sensor itself. Check if the sensor is grounded to the exhast properly (I believe it's grounded there via a cable right?).
Try those things first.

uhoh... if you find what is wrong, please tell me. My car started doing the same thing a while ago, then the problem started appearing all the time. I didn't know what to do... so I got on here. I changed the oxygen sensor, but that didn't help too much. I changed the timing, and that helped a little, but its doing it again... I can't figure it out. Mine won't even rev to redline in neutral all the time... it misses bad under full throttle.

Soumd like the o2 sensor is bad or slow and computer is going into limp mode... Do repairs to do away with the Code 33... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':sly:'>
