I took the engine out of the car, swapping it out in another one. Before I did this, I was having boost problems, car would boost up to 17psi all the time. I even had the vacuum line from the TB hooked straight up to the WGA.
While I have easy assess to it, I connected a tube to the WGA and I found I can blow though it. If however I move the lever (between the WGA and the WG) towards the backside of the turbo (open?) I can no longer blow into it. Is this how it is suppose to function, or is it broken?
