Has anybody run the car without them?
I took off my valve cover and don't ever remember them being there in the first place.
I would think if they weren't there then the oil would poor onto the plugs and the coils.

they were probably just stuck inside the cover, they usually stay in place

Does anybody have an extra set or know where I can get a set at 8 pm on a saturday night.
But the understanding is if they weren't there oil would of filled up the spark plugs holes right?

correct it will leak oil around the plugs causing a misfire. they're called "valve cover tube seals" you may be able to get a felpro valve cover gasket set from autozone or some other parts store for a 94 sentra /w an sr20de. the valve cover gasket won't be the same but the tube seals should be. gl
