Throttle body vaccum port

What is the bottom vacuum port on the throttle body for?

Can't remember what went there and pictures I took don't show underneath intercooler piping.

you mean the iacv? that isn't part of the throttle body but it's right there too

on the SR I believe thats for the carbon canister, just block it off

It's on the throttle body and we were thinking that it was suppose to be blocked off but we weren't 100% sure.
