would a s13 ka24de fit an s14 OBDII tranny

i have a 92 ka24de motor and im gonna put it on my 98 240sx with the swapping of all OBDII parts(such as ECU, wireharness speed sensor and etc.) that i needed to my 92 ka24de but i have heard that the OBDI tranny is different from the OBDII tranny, IS THAT TRUE????
so would a OBDII tranny fit an s13 ka24de? any help yah know would be great, thanks.....

Wow, it's been almost a whole week before I got to type this.

ALL 89-98 MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS ARE THE SAME.

Sensors differ per chassis, that's it. You could have taken three seconds to learn that.
