s14 bb t28 turbo

S14 T28 pulled off a s14 clip. The spins freely, no oil on inlet or turbine outlet. AS IS condition, i never used it myself. Does not come with no wastegate or inlet and outlets.
$300 shipped.

not very clear but i hope it works out.
i felt some shaft play, but what turbo doesnt have it? no visual oil leaks from bad seals.
