i just called you. this is a used item. no major scratches. you can even polish the scratches out if you want.

but for this price you cant argue on its cosmetic condition. structurally its perfect.

too many flakers on the strut bar, no one has even seen it in person lol. its cheap and they still dont have money for it. so its still available.
