950 is dirt cheap. Must be a norcal thing. Im paying 1200 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house. Only reason i wanted a house was to have the 1 car garage to work on my car!

Actually most of the bay area is expensive. I am guessing he lives on the side of San Leandro closer to Oakland which translates to cheaper.

I ve been there and the house is pretty big. In the living room there is enough space to play beer pong,Billiards(pool)and Wii at the same time.

Yes, It has 2 very minor dings on the pass side door, other than that the car is flawless.

My sisters best friend in high schools mom owns this house...She rents it to us for 1850 a month/Rent to own.

We have like 8 more years till its ours!
