I've had my sr in my car for more than i year now(s13) and ive driven my friends other turbo cars like sr,ca,rb20...and they feel more responsive and they yank your head back more and we had the same mods 3 inch exhaust hks filter ngk iridium fmic....and mine is boosting 9psi. Here are the symptoms some times i have to give it some gas to start it and when im driving it and i floor the gas and its on full boost it lags big time, but when i only give it half gas i feel it pulls better.....i've checked the turbo and it doesn't leak oil and it has a little shaft play up and down..no in and out play...ive changed ignitors chips, maf ...i does drive like a normal car not a turbo car when the turbo is 1234...9 boost i dont really feel the diffrence between 1 and 3psi. what else should i check? oh yeah and the check engine light is not wired up because i dont know how to....i need a diagram because the colors are different....i think i can be the knock sensor....is that the symptoms of it?

cars feel faster when you are not in control, the passenger seat is very different feeling even at the same power level. check your timing, hop on a dyno.

peeing in the gas tank is better than most octane boosters

I'd pour paint thinner, windshield washer fluid, or bacardi 151 in the gas before octane booster.

Oh and.

TPS out of synch.

i agree with the tps adjustment since your timing is correct as far as going by the book goes. if you wanted you could go 16-17 degrees btc and you'd be ok. gl

+1 put that sucker on a Dyno.

Oh, and quit letting other people drive your car and leave other peoples cars alone too!
