I tried Dragonforces Through Fire on hard today with progressive 5.

It was fricking insane and i was tripping out afterwards :)

passed it with a 87%, yes im bad.

I played it on Sunday, and i was battling Lou in medium, that ish is terrible. I thought my fingers were gonna fall off. Stupid Devil Came Down to Georgia.

nah, i prefer to play real guitar.

ok ok i just cant afford it yet. partially becuase i bought another guitar. (i have 4 now)

i want it soooo bad though!!!!

What system are you playing on? I just checked and they're not selling just the guitar by itself yet for the Wii until next year I think. Sucks because the fun part is co-op

I have an old Squier Strat that I chipped up bad when I tried to put a new nut in it. Would be sweet to transplant the guitar hero controller into that strat haha

one of my friends who is a beast at this game beats songs on expert and level 5 progressive.

you guys know what progressive 5 is ?

I've been working on getting the REAL version of Through the Fire and Flames for about 4 months now. (i dont play every day like i used to) I've got about 1/4 of the solo transcribed... I might be missing a few of the notes on the changes between the sweeps, but I'll get there... Its the only song on that damn game that my brother can "play" that i cant on my real guitars. =(

Even that game has yet to get him modivated to clean the dust off of his bass and start playing again. oh well... not every sticks with an instrament.

Right. Crazy thing is GH got me into playing a real guitar. I still suck at both.

I totally concur with that.
GH3 looks great and all... I have the 3 that are on PS2, but I'm holding out for Rock Band! That's the game that will make me buy a 360 :/
My real band will have to do in the meantime :P

yeah its fun but playing it alone is sorta lame after a while........but ROCK BAND holy shit, i can't wait. its like the ultimate party game.......

i got it a couple nites ago,i cleared hard w/ hyper speed 5!!!!! raining blood was soooo hard,dragon force is just too much!!!!! but im trying on expert now ,guitar god kicks ass!!!!anyone playing online? my 360 name is bukupoint if you wanna play!

That's what I have it for, and it's awesome.

Lou is a pain in the ass, and Through Fire and Flames is nucking futs. I wish I would have brought it with me (visiting the g/f), she's at work and I'm bored as hell, haha
