Speedometer s13 Charge?

I was looking to change out my speedometer before i go to Nürburgring track this spring. I see the way you can convert a 180km/h to mph but its not that accurate and in my HYPER REV mag there is a s13 K's 280km/h speedo but I cant find that anywhere besides a japanese website (http://www.ks-sp.co.jp/).. Anyone know of anything else? or should i just do the conversion?
